Municipal treesOutside my house the fruitless cherry has oddly turned half-red precisely along the middle of its canopy.

I don't, I judge badly dug paving, poor cherry.

The local trees do not appear to have reached consensus on the pace for autumn.  
Maples and sycamore are bright and stripping already, orange and yellow shedding seeds across the housing estate.  But hornbeam and whitebeam are half green half yellow – caught in the act of changing, almost embarrassed.  The hazel is green and is not budging for you or any squirrel.

Neuron-headed-science-scarecrow-girl, in another doodle gone feral. Shot with lash inserts...

I just looked through my WIPs. Been at this most of the year on and off, it has furrowed numerous brows while I'm drawing on the train. Occasionally I get accused of prolific-ness but I feel actually I'm quite slow, its just that I alsways have multiple drawings going on, so I finish things relatively frequently ^_^
