Untitled Corpse by Immy-is-Thinking Untitled Corpse by Immy-is-Thinking
A teeny tiny postcard exquisite corpse with ~Hotfood-man - thank you Chris :highfive::D

I drew the top half and covered except for a small strip. This didn't need a post-pigeon, it travelled by legs the matter of metres to where my collaborator works :XD: Then Chris finished the bottom half.

Go show my collaborator some :dalove: here - [link to follow]

I see you've been doing more with your fuzzy butt...the insect I mean ;) hehe. You guys created a great imaginative gateway in both the picture and into our minds. Organic and mechanic all in one.

It goes well. Just busy with different things, other than actually doing much on my own artwork. Although, I am doing a job for my co-worker - sandblasting some black granite with a wine theme. We'll see how it turns out.

Have you spliced any new super species recently? I saw The Avengers last Sunday, which was awesome and the Hulk stole the show a few times. You work with any gamma rays while you play around with those pieces parts?

Sadly no super-splicing here. Health and safety have held up my cell culture for now :( I am trapped in the adminisphere agin, when will i learn... its like another dimension, its an event horizon. Aiii.

Sandblasting... sounds dangerous... just don't tell health and safety

Catching up on replies. How is the Scientificalartistry of the talented Immy? Any rounds with a south traveling badger or a north traveling marmot?

btw, health and safety always try to get in the way of great experimental discoveries. As it were though, you don't become famous without breaking a few rules. Of course, becoming famous for an outbreak of epic proportion is usually something to avoid, but that's all in the toss of the coin I suppose. I don't think I have to worry much about detrimental results from my sandblasting though.

Hope things are well. I saw something about some holidays and festivities that had popped up in your posts. Hopefully those came with good cheer and propulsory achievements.

Hello hellooo :D Glad you are safe from the sandblasting :XD: Yes I aim to avoid an outbreak of epic proportions... interferes with the badgers meditations you know. And don't get me started on the marmots.

Mainly just started growing human neurons on a special type of electrode array, i can't get the buggers to stick at all. :O_o: Hows you? Anything exciting in your plane of existance?

Hmm that is a bit of a ponder...how do you catapult those neurons onto an electrode array and make them chained up like some tree huggin' hippies? I have no idea. Maybe add a layer of mucus membrane. That stuff will help anything stick.

I've been saying ouch a lot for a few days. I have some bad sunburn all over the top half of me. I really should become wiser about playing in the sun at the water park without protection (sun block, I mean).

Also, been working out being on and off of work recently. Unfortunately, there is a lack of work at my main job. I'm not sure what is going on there, but I guess I should start looking into possible future outlooks - do you have a crystal ball I might borrow (Maybe even a large glass marble would work, too)?

Other than those things, I won last night at my weekly euchre tournament - few extra dollars to stuff in the pocket. Do you play euchre?

You know adding a layer of mucus is not that far off... I add laminin, a protein found in the extracellular matrix cells would normally sit on. I like the name because I can say I've lamininated things :XD:

Yow, sunburn. Be careful out there! I cultivate the tippex-white skin of a nerd myself.

Umm... euchre? (runs to google) Yikes that looks complicated :O_o: Congrats on your win! The most I can generally manage is a round of cribbage.

Bummer about work. Can you take much in the way of commissions? Sadly if I had a crystal ball I'd be using it to find out what I'll be doing when my contract is up again in january. Work does seem a very contractually ephemeral thing these days.

This is nicely done! Parts of this remind me of nerve structures... From axons to dendrites. Takes me back to my Biology 198 course... Anyway, there is a lot going on here that keeps me looking around the drawing... Almost like I am trying to figure out a puzzle. Again, good work to the both of you!

This is, well...exquisite! I must have spent 10 minutes just looking at it, there is so much to see. You can't tell where one half starts and the other half ends, the parts blend together so smoothly. I love the use of light and dark. You two did an awesome job!
